Parent Support Group
Join us for NeuroMind's first virtual Parent Support Group, a welcoming space for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children to connect, share experiences, and learn practical strategies from one another.
This complimentary introductory session will be led by NeuroMind's co-founder and licensed occupational therapist, Chelsea Elkind, and will offer a supportive, neuro-affirming environment where parents can openly discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and leave with tools they can begin using at home.
Burnout Recovery Workshop: Back-to-School Edition
Join NeuroMind Services for a free community workshop focused on navigating the mental and emotional load of the back-to-school season with greater support, connection, and practical strategies.
This free workshop will feature an educational session on burnout recovery and nervous system regulation led by NeuroMind co-founders Chelsea and Lauren, a grounding guided yoga flow with Studio45 yoga instructor and co-founder of Ready Set K, Rikki Dworkis, a school readiness talk led by learning specialist and co-founder of Ready Set K, Emmy Hollenberg, and an empowering confidence pep talk from SoulCycle master instruction and confidence coach Alejandra Serret. You will leave feeling more centered energized, and equipped to take ont he school year with greater resilience.

Burnout Recovery Workshop for Women
NeuroMind Services, TAP Strength, and Fit4Mom Fairfield partnered to host a free community burnout recovery workshop for women focused on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, movement, and connection.
The evening included an informational session led by NeuroMind co-founders Chelsea Elkind and Lauren Rosenblum, a guided meditation with NeuroMind licensed OTR/L and Pilates instructor Lexi Hunn, light stretching led by TAP Strength owner Lauren Leppla, and community connection with Fit4Mom Fairfield owner Christine Gifis. Light bites and refreshments were provided by Lyfe Cafe.
'Go On' Film Screening and Talkback with Director Landon Ashworth
In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, NeuroMind Services partnered with The Westport Library to host a special screening of Go On, followed by a live talkback and audience Q&A with director Landon Ashworth and NeuroMind co-founders Chelsea Elkind and Lauren Rosenblum.
The event brought community members together for an evening centered on storytelling, neurodivergence, vulnerability, advocacy, and meaningful conversation.
Halloween Themed Open House
NeuroMind joined Lift Wellness Group, LiftWell, and The Collective Treatment Programs for a Halloween-themed open house featuring food, drinks, tours, and mingling with teams and colleagues in the community.
It was a warm, community-centered event designed to connect local providers and create space for conversation, collaboration, and visibility.
