We understand that navigating the costs of therapeutic and coaching services can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to provide transparent information to help you make the best choice for your needs and budget.
Below you’ll find an overview of our pricing and options for insurance reimbursement, as well as resources to support you through the process.
Our services range from $175 to $300 per hour, depending on the clinician and the specific service provided.
If you prefer not to submit insurance claims, you may pay out-of-pocket for our services.

Our groups cost $500 per semester for 5 group sessions ($100/group, billed at the start of each semester). We offer superbills for groups in certain states.
Insurance Reimbursement
Step 1
Call your health insurance company
Ask if you have out-of-network benefits, if you have met your deductible, and what percentage they will reimburse you.
Step 6
Get Reimbursed
Based on your benefits and whether you have met your deductible, your insurance will send you a check via mail.
Step 5
Send in a Claim
You send the superbill to your insurance company through your insurance’s patient portal.
Step 4
Receive a superbill
We send you a monthly superbill—a receipt with all the info your insurance needs to reimburse you.
Step 2
Meet with a Provider
You schedule your session directly with a member of our clinical team.
Step 3
Pay your Provider
Pay the full amount on the day of your session via our secure billing platform, Simple Practice.
Step 4
Receive a superbill
We send you a monthly superbill—a receipt with all the info your insurance needs to reimburse you.
