Lauren Rosenblum, M.S., CCC-SLP
Co-Founder | Speech-Language Pathologist
Lauren is a licensed speech-language pathologist, life coach, and passionate advocate for neurodivergent individuals. With over a decade of experience, Lauren witnessed firsthand how traditional systems often fail to support neurodivergent minds, sparking her commitment to building spaces that are accessible, affirming, and genuinely supportive. Lauren’s style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trust. She integrates conversation, reflection, and practical tools to build lasting skills, always honoring each person’s lived experience and unique way of being.
Chelsea Elkind, M.S., OTR/L
Co-Founder | Occupational Therapist
Chelsea is a licensed occupational therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of neurologic diagnoses. Her work spans with both neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, OCD, NVLD, and executive functioning challenges, and those recovering from neurologic injuries and conditions such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease, and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Chelsea is dedicated to helping her clients build meaningful skills, boost confidence, and develop personalized strategies that align with their unique cognitive needs and strengths.

Olivia is a licensed professional counselor and coach who believes that everyone deserves support that truly fits them, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. Olivia offers virtual one-on-one counseling and coaching for toddlers, kids, teens, and young adults, meeting each client exactly where they are. Olivia’s style blends therapeutic support with hands-on, goal-focused coaching. She’s passionate about helping clients build real-world skills, boost their confidence, and feel understood, all through a direct, genuine, and collaborative approach. Above all, Olivia is committed to creating spaces where neurodivergent clients feel safe, empowered, and respected for who they are.

Sarah is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping people build real-world communication and executive functioning skills in ways that feel empowering, supportive, and true to who they are. Sarah’s approach centers around creating warm, affirming environments where clients feel truly seen, heard, and respected. Every session is designed around the individual’s needs and strengths, recognizing that there’s no one “right” way to communicate, connect, or move through the world.

Nikki is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about individuals of all ages in ways that feel personalized, affirming, and empowering. Nikki’s approach centers on building trusting relationships and fostering an environment that honors each individual’s unique strengths and needs. She specializes in supporting receptive and expressive language development, communication, executive functioning skills, academics, social skills, emotional growth, problem-solving abilities, and self-care. She always meets individuals where they are and helps them grow in ways that feel authentic to them.

Occupational Therapist
Isabelle (Izzie) is a licensed occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting people of all ages to live in alignment with their purpose and joy. She has a strong foundation in mental health occupational therapy and is experienced in supporting neurodiversity across the lifespan. Her work centers around the unique goals and priorities of her clients. She uses approaches rooted in resilience to support skill acquisition, habit building, roles, routines, and identity exploration as it relates to daily life, work, community, and the care of self. Her therapeutic style is growth-oriented, creative, and grounded in evidence.
Lexi Hunn, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Lexi is a licensed occupational therapist in the State of New York and New Jersey. Lexi brings a significant focus on establishing a therapeutic relationship and building rapport as the backbone of her therapy with emphasis on a holistic, person-centered approach. The therapeutic strategies Lexi provides are rooted in the ideology that everyone deserves functional independence within their unique set of circumstances.
Andrea Goodman, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a licensed clinical social worker with an MA, MEd in Counseling Psychology, Andrea brings years of experience to her practice, having worked with neurodivergent individuals (ASD, ADHD) across the lifespan, from teens through older adults. In addition, Andrea works with parents of neurodivergent adult children as well as couples where one or both identify as having ASD or ADHD. She is skilled in working with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and communication skills for healthy relationships. The common thread in all of her work is helping clients maximize opportunities for growth and independence. Additionally, Andrea has a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals understand a diagnosis and how this influences their life experiences at all stages of life.
