Olivia McGuffog, M.A., LPC, NCC

Head of Counseling & Community Engagement | Licensed Professional Counselor

Olivia is a licensed professional counselor and coach who believes that everyone deserves support that truly fits them, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. Olivia offers virtual one-on-one counseling and coaching for toddlers, kids, teens, and young adults, meeting each client exactly where they are. Olivia’s style blends therapeutic support with hands-on, goal-focused coaching. She’s passionate about helping clients build real-world skills, boost their confidence, and feel understood, all through a direct, genuine, and collaborative approach. Above all, Olivia is committed to creating spaces where neurodivergent clients feel safe, empowered, and respected for who they are.

Before her private practice work, Olivia was a learning specialist and school counselor at Winston Preparatory School, where she supported students with a wide range of learning needs and profiles. This experience taught her the importance of individualized, strengths-based support,  something she carries into every session she leads.
