Sarah Fiske, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD

Head of Speech and Language & Community Engagement | Speech-Language Pathologist

Sarah is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping people build real-world communication and executive functioning skills in ways that feel empowering, supportive, and true to who they are. Sarah’s approach centers around creating warm, affirming environments where clients feel truly seen, heard, and respected. Every session is designed around the individual’s needs and strengths, recognizing that there’s no one “right” way to communicate, connect, or move through the world.

Sarah serves clients across New York, Florida, and Connecticut, offering personalized one-on-one coaching for children, teens, and adults. She also leads a Young Adult Social Group, a monthly community where young adults can practice social skills, build connections, and find a supportive space to grow.

Sarah collaborates closely with families, schools, and other professionals to make sure her clients feel supported across all parts of their lives, not just during sessions. Whether you’re working on social communication, executive functioning, or navigating day-to-day social and emotional challenges, Sarah is here to walk alongside you with practical support, encouragement, and care.

Sarah earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) in New York State.
