Before entering the Social Work field, Stephanie spent 14 years as a preschool teacher, where she gained a unique perspective on early childhood development, family dynamics, and emotional growth. This experience informs her ability to build trust and rapport with individuals and families, foster key social-emotional skills like empathy, self-esteem, self-regulation, and confidence, and remain attuned to diverse learning styles while recognizing and respecting different ways of thinking and learning, including the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals.

She is passionate and committed to creating spaces where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow in ways that feel authentic to them.
